We’ve been receiving more booking inquiries than ever. First, we would like to say thank you to the artists who come through and support. Second, we would like to inform you of our new process to streamline and better communicate with those we work with (and hope to work with).
To book an event at Sol Collective follow this procedure.
1. Plan out your event in advance. We are only booking 6-8 weeks out. We fill dates very fast and would like to provide every event with the marketing, staff, and equipment that it needs to be a success.
2. Go to www.SolCollective.org and look at our calendar for dates of availability
4. Keep in touch. I will be in contact with you about your event.
5. Do as much promoting as you can.
We have a very well put together marketing machine, but you have your own crowd as well. Put in work. We can provide you with flyers, press kits, media advisories, and even your own street team for an extra fee just be sure you specify on the Event Inquiry Form.
6. Show up
So welcome to the new process. As with all processes there are kinks to be worked out, but if you follow these steps you should be golden.
